Rickey: Was born in Michigan City, MS March 26, 1955 to the late Mr. Eli and Rosie Smith Buggs.

Rickey’s: Brother E.L. Buggs, (4) Nephews, (1) Sister-in-Law precedes him in death.

Rickey: He confessed his love for Christ at an early age at Hardaway Baptist Church and served as a member of the male chorus until his time of death.

Rickey: Attended Ashland High School in Ashland, MS

Rickey: Employed for Carrier Corporation for 22 years where he was a fork-lift driver. In his past time, he enjoyed working on cars, fishing, hunting and racing. Most of all spending time with family and friends.

Rickey: Departed this life January 20, 2018.

Rickey: Leaves to cherish his memory: Mary Buggs; two sons; Larenzo (Angelia) Buggs Jackson, TN, Rickey Lee Buggs Jr. (Nashville, TN), one Daughter Benita Buggs (Nashville, TN), six Grandchildren, one Great-Grandchild,
six Sisters; Mae Nelson, Floyce Hunt, Loyce Scott, Valandy (George) Poplar, Rosie (Dwight) Rucker all of Michigan City, MS., Annie (Kenneth) Jackson of Grand Juction, TN, five Brothers; Jasper (Mary) Buggs, L.J. Buggs, Troy
