Linda L. Brown was born on September 26, 1953, in Trenton, Tennessee to James Leslie Brown and Peggy Alma Ruth Brown.
She departed this life on October 11, 2023.
Linda attended Atwood High School in Carroll for 9th and 10th grade, but her 11th and 12th grade years she moved to Decaturville, Tennessee, where she resided with her great aunt and uncle, the late Lucindia and Brown Pritchard. She attended Riverside High School, where she graduated. Afterwards she moved back to Gibson County in Milan, Tennessee until God called her home. Linda was employed with Milan Shirt Factory for over 20 years.
Linda was true born-again Christian, she received God in her life at a very early age and never looked back. She loved and touched so many people’s lives.
Linda is preceded in death by her parents, James Leslie & Peggy Alma Ruth Brown; two sisters, Dora Nance and Donna Brown; three brothers, Leslie (Rusty) Brown, Roy (Nick) Brown and Jerry (Deeie) Brown. Linda leaves to cherish her memories; her loving son, John Allen Brown, Nashville, Tennessee; three sisters, Evelyn (Larry) Wilkes, Trenton, Tennessee, Sonja Brown and Eva Brown, Humboldt, Tennessee; a devoted friend, sister, Linda Hart; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, Goddaughters and family, and church members.
