Contemplation of Life Mr. Percy Laster, Jr., was born on May 4, 1948 to the late Mr. Percy and Mrs. Alta Laster of Pearson, MS. During their honoring, four children were born. Two of which anachronized him in death, Helen Wansley and Othel C. Scott.

Mr. Percy was a great and devoted paterfamilias who loved to fish, hunt and cook. And outside of his recreational hobbies, his adoration for his children, grandchildren and great grandchildren were beyond measure.

Mr. Percy and the late Mrs. Ella Laster were the perfect example of wedded bliss, whereas under this wedlock, three children were emanated.

Mr. Percy Laster leaves to immortalize his legacy: Ella Elizabeth, Wauskieshia Michelle, Alto Gibson, all from Grand Junction, TN, one sister, Ethel M. Reid from Baltimore, MD, three sister- in-law; Frankie Harris, Mae Willie Pugh, Flossie Hurt, one brotherin-law, Lemell Hunt, 10 grandchildren; Patsy (Worm), Samantha (Snoop), Mercedes (Sadie), Deshawn (J), Rickiesha (Precious), Denisha (Muffin), Eurston (Jr), Christopher (Little Man), Sean (Poo Rat), Jordan (Baby J.), and three great-grandchildren: Jessica (Bugg and/or Princess), Tristan and Jayden. We would like to especially acknowledge, Willie Watkins, Hezekiah Watkins, LaDana Scott, Derone Wansley and Sanford Wansley. And a very special son-in-law and friend, Christopher Gibson. And a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
