Monty Boyd Arnold departed this life on November 21, 2020. His journey ended, his life well lived, and his rest well earned.
Monty was born March 13, 1951 in Henderson County to the late Jerry Lee and Bertha Mae Arnold. He attended Montgomery High School. In 1968, he was joined in holy matrimony to Dian Simmons. To this union, three children were born.
Monty was employed by Nidec for 49 years until his death. He was a hard worker and great provider for his family. If you knew Monty, you knew how much he loved riding motorcycles and horses. He spent several years participating in rodeos. He was also compassionate and always helping others in need. He was a positive influence in so many young lives. Monty enjoyed having a good time and spending time with family. His grandchildren and great grandchildren were the light of his life. By the way he lived, it was evident that he loved his family and friends.
