Alma was welcomed into this world to the late William Ed and Katie Roberts. She was born on October 19, 1946 in Selmer, TN. She
attended McNairy County High School, where she played basketball and graduated in 1964.

At a young age, Alma gave her life to Christ. She attended Mt. Zion, where she was a faithful member.

Alma loved to sing, it was her passion. She sung in the choir, even when her health started to fail. She would still sing at McNairy
County Nursing Home, where she led the choir. Singing is what kept her going, besides family.

Alma was employed at Amos Cleaners until she retired.

Alma was preceded in death by her parents: William Ed and Katie Roberts and two brothers, Harry Roberts and Theauthor Roberts.
She leaves to cherish her memories: her sons, William Roberts (Jennifer), Michael Roberts (Jasmine), and Brian Robert (Nataysha); her sister, Bettye Perkins; sister-in-law, Diane Roberts; her brothers: James Roberts, George Roberts, and Larry Roberts
(Judy); her grandchildren, Kanisha Roberts, McKayla Roberts, McKenzie Roberts, Julia Roberts, Coty McMullin, Dallas McMullin, and Brandon Rhodes; a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, and friends.
